Gov. DeSantis, repeal no-fault insurance | Commentary

Since 1972, Florida’s no-fault law has required drivers to buy personal injury protection policies, commonly known as PIP. Those PIP policies, which provide up to $10,000 in coverage, can go toward medical, disability and funeral expenses, and can be used whether or not the other driver has insurance.
